With the many oceanfront condos, vacation rentals, absentee and second homeowners in the area, the Tabat’s knew there was a need for a professional home watch company in Brevard County. That’s when the idea of Space Coast Home Watch & Concierge Services was officially launched!
They researched and found the National Home Watch Association. After a vetting process and background checks, Space Coast Home Watch & Concierge Services were honored to become an accredited member of the NHWA.

Shari Tabat
CEO/Concierge
Shari was born and raised in New Berlin, Wisconsin a suburb of Milwaukee and is the proud mother of 2 daughters and a son.
Having an entrepreneurial spirit, in 1994 Shari started and ran a successful auditing service, Emerald Coast Inventory Service based in Milwaukee. In 2008 she opened a second location in Gainesville, Florida. In 2017 Shari retired from the inventory business and obtained her real estate license.
Her dreams of living near the beach came true in 2017 when she moved to Indialantic, FL. and started her real estate career. She is a Multi-Million Dollar producing Realtor at RE/MAX Elite and works out of the Indialantic Office. In 2022 Shari launched Space Coast Home Watch & Concierge Services.
Shari is very active in her community supporting and volunteering for various organizations including Genesis House, Hospice of Health First, Brevard Public Schools, Brevard School Foundation and Space Coast Basket Brigade.
Memberships include the Melbourne Regional and Cocoa Beach Chambers, Women’s Council of Realtors and American Businesswomen’s Association.
In her spare time, you will find Shari walking on the beach and spending time with her goldendoodles, Bailey and Luna.
Alexander Tabat
Senior Certified Home Watch Professional
Alexander grew up in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin a suburb of Milwaukee.
As a teen he worked in the family’s inventory business, ECIS after school, weekends, and every summer.
After attending the University of Kansas, Alexander returned to work full time doing audits for the family’s inventory business.
When Alexander relocated to Indialantic in 2017, he became the assistant in Shari’s real estate business. Doing everything from installing lockboxes and signs to minor handyman repairs to home checks and pre storm prep /post storm home checks.
In 2022 Alexander became a Home Watch Professional for Space Coast Home Watch & Concierge Services.
In his spare time he enjoys watching NASCAR, Jeopardy and of course all the rocket launches.
