The National Home Watch Association Defines Home Watch as “The visual inspection of an unoccupied home or property looking for obvious issues”.
What type of reporting can I expect?
If a problem is found, what type of notification will I receive?
Space Coast Home Watch will send you a report upon completion of our visit to your home. Any problem identified will be accompanied by pictures and details of the problem. If immediate action is required we will call you to discuss what the best course of action is for the needed repair.
We have a neighbor/friend/family member check on our home. Isn’t that just as good?
Space Coast Home Watch will check your property’s interior and exterior in far more detail than you can expect from a neighbor/friend/family member. After every visit Space Coast Home Watch email you a report and photos giving you peace of mind when you’re not here!
What are your credentials?
Space Coast Home Watch proudly displays the Accredited banner of the National Home Watch Association. We have been vetted and approved by this organization to insure we are bonded and insured for your protection. We also subscribe to the NHWA’s Code of Ethics. We are graduates of the NHWA Home Watch Bootcamp. Space Coast Home Watch has passed the Certified Home Watch Professionals exam and are Certified Home Watch Professionals.

Can you help me with home maintenance services?
While we do not provide home maintenance services, we can refer you to our preferred vendor and contractors and would be happy to coordinate access to your property.
What is a Concierge?
A concierge is a person that provides services and assistance with personal business such as running errands, grocery shopping, making reservations, forwarding packages and so much more. A concierge will help you get more time in your day, so you have more time to do the things you want to do!
